Membership Pricing

One-Time Initiation Fee

$500

  • Payable over a 90-day period after membership approval

  • Transferable if you sell your home

  • Waived if the previous homeowner was a member in good standing during the same calendar year

This fee supports seasonal maintenance and community upkeep.

Want to waive it?
Just participate in our Spring & Fall Clean-Up Days (3 hours per household per season) to have the fee fully waived.​

 

*All fees, except the one-time initiation fee, are due annually. 

How to Apply

  1. Submit a membership application

  2. Receive Board approval (may include a background check)

  3. Pay the initiation fee (in full or via 90-day payment plan)

  4. Enjoy access to our pool, courts, social events, and more!
