Member Reservations

Members can reserve Embry Hills Club spaces directly through this page. Whether you're booking a court for a match, planning a family celebration, or hosting your child’s birthday party, our reservation system makes it easy. If you are looking for our event reservation form (not court reservations), please go HERE.

Each membership includes one free event rental per year for the pavilion, pool, or tennis courts. Additional events may incur a fee and are subject to availability.

Available Reservations

 

Tennis Court Reservations

  • Reserve Court #1 or Court #2

  • Available from 7 AM – 10 PM

  • Lights automatically shut off at 10 PM

  • Cancellations encouraged if unable to attend

Pavilion & Pool Event Reservations

  • Includes chairs and tables, grill access, and pool deck space

  • Events must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance

  • Pavilion use is subject to board approval

Sand Volleyball Courts

  • Informal use unless otherwise scheduled
