Join us for one of the most magical nights of the holiday season!
Our 5th Annual Embry Hills Luminary Night is a beloved neighborhood tradition where we line our streets with glowing paper luminaries and come together to celebrate the holidays as a community.
As you walk through the illuminated streets, you’ll discover drink and treat stops, fun photo ops, and plenty of chances to meet new neighbors and reconnect with familiar faces.
By participating, you’re investing in the future of Embry Hills. Your support helps us secure the loan needed to restore and upgrade the clubhouse and grounds, creating a space our families can enjoy for years to come.
How to Participate
Participating is simple:

Sign up for your Luminary Kit using the form on this page.

Submit your $15 payment (details below).

Pick up your kit at the Embry Hills Club on December 19th or 20th.

Set up and light your luminaries at 6 PM on Sunday, December 21, 2025.

Enjoy walking the neighborhood, stopping by drink and treat stations, and soaking in the lights!
Luminary Kit & Payment Information
Each Luminary Kit is $15 per household and includes supplies to line your curb with glowing luminaries.

You can also sponsor a neighbor by contributing an extra $15 to cover a Luminary Kit for a household that may not be able to participate otherwise.
All proceeds support the Embry Hills Club as we work toward securing a loan for clubhouse and grounds renovations.
Kit Pickup Details
Kits will be available for pickup at the Embry Hills Club
(3131 Alton Rd), just inside the gate:

Friday, December 19th | 2 - 5 PM

Saturday, December 20th | 12 - 5 PM
When you pick up your kit, you’ll also receive a map of drink and treat stops and other fun features around the neighborhood for Luminary Night.
Volunteers Needed
To keep this tradition going strong, we need help from
our amazing neighbors!
Street Captains
Help encourage participation on your street, answer basic questions, and make sure everyone who wants to join knows how to sign up.
Drink & Treat Stops
Host a beverage stop, treat table, music corner, or photo-op stop along the route. This is a fun way to add a little extra magic for families walking through.

Event Night Details
Luminary Night:

Lighting Time: 6:00 PM
Please:

Place your luminaries 3–5 feet apart along the curb.

Light candles at 6 PM and enjoy a stroll through the neighborhood.

If you need help setting out or lighting your luminaries (or will be out of town), reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
Rain Plan:
If it rains, please do not set out paper bags. Our rain date will be Monday, December 22, 2025.
Cleanup Reminder:
As a courtesy to your neighbors and our community, please remove all luminary bags the following morning.
